Ozturk Roofing Services provides roofing services across London. Our contact details are: info@ozturkroofingservices.co.uk, 07803 333353. We are the data controller for the personal information described below.
What information we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry through our website form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details you give about your roof. We use these to reply to you, arrange a visit and give you a quote. We do this because you have asked us for a quote, and because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries.
When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we keep your contact details and what we discussed, so we can deal with your request. We do this for the same reasons.
When you hire us, we also keep your address, the details of the job, quotes, invoices and payments. We use these to carry out the work, take payment and honour our guarantee. We do this to carry out our contract with you, and to meet our legal duties on keeping accounting records.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the people who help us run the business:
- our website host, Hostinger
- our email provider, Google
- WhatsApp (run by Meta), if you message us there
- our accountant, where needed
We may also share information if the law requires us to.
Where your information is stored
Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on their legal safeguards for transferring data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: 12 months, then we delete them.
- Records of completed jobs, invoices and guarantees: 6 years, for accounting and guarantee purposes.
Cookies
Our website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- limit or stop how we use it
In some cases you can also ask for your information to be sent to you or to another provider. To do any of these, contact us using the details above.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
